I just thought I'd try to start a discussion on the very difficult topic of Kuntao.

First of all; how many of you were taught something labelled as Kuntao?

Second; who taught it to you and who were their teachers?

Thirdly; without getting too specific, how would you describe what Kuntao ...

I feel that this, like all other types of training is done best with variety.

The body is an intelligent thing and will adjust, or plateau, if you keep to the same routine.

Think of as many ways as possible to mix it up and you won't go wrong.
