I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good cleanse.

It's springtime, and I want to do some spring cleaning.

Hi Abu,

What type of cleansing are you talking about?

Get the Tiao He cleanse from Nature's Sunshine. It is a 15 day herbal program. It targets several levels of the body at once yet is gentel enough to not interfere with daily life.

I was talking about an internal cleanse.

I was basically wondering if brother Jeff still recommended the tao he cleanse, after learning all he has learned and what not.

Thanks!

BTW, My dit da jow is almost ready, just another month!

The Tiao He cleanse is partially based on an anciet chinese formaul for harmonizing the liver. Then they added other herbs to create a whole body cleanse. It is still one of the best I have found. A friend of mine who was into colonics, tried the cleanse then had a colonic. The techician who performed the colonic was impressed by how little ama was removed from the colon. Ama is a latex like coating that forms in the colon and prevents the absorbtion of nutrients inot the body. I much prefer the cleanse than the though of a colonic.

Have you tried any of the jow yet?

I tried the stuff you gave me in the bottle, and it works extremely well!

This chinese lady I work with gave me some trauma wine that he father uses, and it doesn't work as well. I am assuming that it was a little diluted. As for my own batch, it's still brewing. I found 160 or 180 proof liquor. It takes 4 months, correct?

Thanks.

You can start to use it after a month. It will get stronger as time goes on. What other proceedures did you follow to make it?

I took the bag of herbs that you gave me, dumped it into a gallon sized jar. Couldn't find an empty one at the store, so I bought a big jar of pickles, and took them out. I then poured the liquor in. I set it on my kitchen counter, and try to agitate it once a day. I usually just pick it up and shake it. I may have missed a day or two, but I've tried to be pretty consistent.

Was there more that I was supposed to do?

Thanks.
