Hey Abu,

I totally agree with Mike. I was less than impressed with this style of defense. If he tried that with me or any other experienced fighter, not even a MA enthusiast, he would be in trouble. He's OVERBLOCKING. This leaves his flank open way too long. I would read this, fake a jab and hook around it the next time. Assuming, of course, that we're just using hands.

I also agree with Mike that the best way to use elbows in the fashion that is in the video, is to guide your opponents strikes to your elbow. Once you start to AIM your elbows, you're in trouble. Keep a good guard up at all times and attack, attack and then attack some more!
